Standard Relocation Service - available options:

  • Disconnection and reconnection of devices: computers/monitors, printers, fax machines and telephones
  • Testing and external cleaning of devices after reconnection
  • Digital Property Management Inventory and permanent Asset Management Labels and Mapping
  • Move Plan development includes labeling scheme for technology components
  • Labeling of each device according to Move Plan to ensure proper new rack position and location of components
  • Development of load sequence for truck; to ensure components are relocated according to their priority for reconnection
  • Coordination with Vendors that have maintenance contracts for selected components of the network
  • Preparation (packaging) of equipment and use of custom moving containers designed for technology relocation, to be moved by transportation company or by GreenBear's truck fleet.
